Can a friend pick up my packet for me if I cannot attend the EXPO?

To have a packet pickup for 1500 people on race day takes a lot of resources such as space, equipment, and volunteers – all of which are needed for race day. Our responsibilities are to run a safe event, to have accurate results, and to exceed the racer’s expectations. We can best do that by having everyone pick up their bib/chip and race packet the day before, have our timing equipment check the accuracy of the database, and put our entire focus on the race on race day. If you are coming in from out of town and can’t get to Montgomery by 6 pm, we recommend you have someone pick up your packet for you and have them check your chip to ensure accuracy. All they need is a copy of your driver’s license. If you are unable to find someone to do that, contact Quinn Millington at quinn@montgomertymultisport.com.

Can I pick up my participant packet and T-shirt on the day of the race?

There is NO race day packet pick-up.
All packets must be picked up at the Expo on Friday, 12 pm- 8 pm.  If you are unable to pick up your packet at this time, you will need to have someone pick up the packet for you.  If you are unable to do this, please contact the Race Director.
Packets that are not picked up on Friday will not be mailed or kept.  If you do not pick up your packet at the expo, you will not get a packet.

Do I have to pick up my participant packet, and T-shirt at the EXPO?

Yes.  All participants must pick up their event-issued bib number, timing device, and t-shirt at the EXPO.  We do not mail out participant packets, bags or T-shirts that are not picked up at the EXPO; no exceptions.  There is NO race day packet pick-up! Packets not picked up on Friday will not be mailed or kept.  If you do not pick up  your packet at the expo, you will not get a packet.

If I am a vendor interested in purchasing booth space at the EXPO, or if I am interested in promoting my race, product, charity, etc., in the participant bag, who should I contact?
